Application Process
Applications for the 2012/2013 year will be considered beginning March 1st. Online applications may be submitted at any time but submissions for acceptance for 2012/13 will not be considered until March 1, 2012.
Step One: Prayerfully Consider
- Attend “Informational/Vision Meeting” (required)
- Obtain Information Packet
- Review Parental Agreement, Statement of Faith, Code of Honor, Student Handbook
- Prayerfully consider as a family:
- How does GCA’s mission and methodology further our goals for our student?
- Is this the direction the Lord would have us take this year?
Step Two: Application
- Apply for Admissions Online
- Paper applications are available upon request
- Pay application fee (per student)
- Give Pastoral Questionnaire to Pastor or Home Group Leader
Step Three: Family Interview
- After Submission of Application – We will contact you to schedule a Family Interview
- Bring any remaining application documents to interview
- Bring academic documentation, any tests or evaluations to interview.
Step Four: Acceptance & Academic Placement
- Acceptance letter and packet will be mailed to you. Enrollment and assessment fees are due 14 days from the postmark on your acceptance packet.
- You will be contacted to schedule an appointment for academic assessment.
- Following assessment, you will complete your Enrollment Interview.
Step Five: Enrollment
- Schedule Enrollment Appointment
- Bring signed Code of Honor (for 7-12 grade students)
- Bring all immunization records or immunization waiver
Step Six: Get Ready For School
- Purchase curricula & supplies for school
- Attend Back To School Meeting
